Are you an experienced PA who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and digitally confident Personal Assistant to provide high-quality executive support to our Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Directors.
This is a varied and influential role at the heart of our Commercial Leadership Team, helping senior leaders. You’ll provide proactive executive support across a broad range of activities. Key responsibilities include:

You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. You’ll bring strong digital fluency, with confidence using Microsoft 365 tools and an interest in exploring how AI and automation can support better ways of working.
You’ll take pride in delivering excellent support, building trusted relationships and helping leaders focus on the work that will make the biggest difference.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines

- A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to identify smarter ways of working
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, collaborative and values-led approach.
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least two days per week in our Northampton office. Occasional travel to our other offices, including our London head office, will also be required in this role. This may vary from time to time so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
